Our Work

We exist to address the causes and consequences of poverty, injustice and violence.

We lead or support the development of programs, activities and resources that can be maintained over time, with or without us.

Relationships with villages, community leaders, schools and local groups span decades.

Infants and Mothers

We provide assistance to young mothers and newborn babies in rural areas by offering healthcare services, both before and after childbirth, as well as support to alleviate poverty. Our goal is to ensure that mothers and their infants receive the necessary care and resources for a healthy start in life.

Village Leaders

The village leaders within our network are a remarkable bunch, each with their own individual talents, personalities, and perspectives. Life is tough, but they persevere and help others. We work closely with them and help develop resources and support they need.

Housing and Sanitation

We build and repair houses for impoverished families, providing safe shelter and job opportunities. Collaboration with schools, businesses, and groups ensures project success and sustainability, making a positive impact on lives in need.

Workshops

We work with schools to offer workshops covering important topics like harassment, relationships, bullying, and gender equality. Workshops create safe spaces for discussions, promote equality, and develop skills for personal growth.

Emergency Relief

We provide urgent help to children and families living in poverty in isolated rural regions, as well as to internally displaced individuals affected by armed conflicts, and to victims of exploitation. We distribute essential items such as food, water, clothing, tarpaulins, and tarps to those who require assistance.
