The Role
One Thousand Villages is seeking an outcomes-oriented problem solver with excellent communication skills to foster and maintain relationships with partners. This person will work closely with our Leadership Team and CEO to identify areas for improvement, develop and implement process changes, and track progress toward achieving key performance indicators. We seek someone with strong organisational skills, exceptional communication skills, proactive in nature, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

 This position requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, strong multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to win-win problem solving. The ideal candidate will thrive in previous experience in a similar role.

Preferably, based from the HQ office in Melbourne; a remote working arrangement in Australia is possible with demonstrated success delivering remotely.
